Cancellation Policy
• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules.
Cancellations made with less than 10 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. No exceptions.
• Late Arrivals: There is a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals.
After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be applied.
After 15 minutes of being late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full service amount.
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN THE TIME WINDOW ( of 10 hours )YOU’LL BE ABLE TO TRANSFER THE DEPOSIT TO ANOTHER APPOINTMENT.
